I Never Knew Non-Stick Cookware Was the Devil!

But I do now. I just read this article "On Green Cookware" by Umbra Fisk. All my pots and pans (except the dutch oven) are non-stick. Maybe with the economy shot, I'll find a bargain on copper or ironware?
